To open an account and use the Gbagee platform, you must meet the following conditions. These terms and conditions apply equally to all users.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Use of Gbagee by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You may not share them with anyone else.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification (KYC).
• Gbagee reserves the right to decline any registration at any time without providing a reason.

The following terms and conditions must be followed when placing bets on Gbagee. These rules apply to all sports markets, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• Gbagee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error.
• A maximum bet limit applies per match, which may vary depending on the market and event.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time the bet is accepted are considered final.
• Any evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in the relevant bets and account being closed.
• In a parlay or combo bet, if one leg is voided, the entire bet will be cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or ends in a draw, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to each sport.

These Terms & Conditions govern all financial transactions on Gbagee. We are committed to ensuring transparent and timely payments at all times.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Please use an account registered in your own name.
• If KYC verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, additional verification may be required.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Gbagee offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users one time only. Re-opening an old account does not qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement. Typically, you are required to wager 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus system abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Gbagee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gbagee platform. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in permanent account closure.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Filing a chargeback or raising a dispute with your bank against Gbagee when the transaction was completed correctly.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.

• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.
• Even after account closure, data may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.

Gbagee strives to provide the highest level of service in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Gbagee is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party technical failures.
• Gbagee is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as earthquakes, floods, or pandemics.
• Gbagee is not responsible for any account information leak resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Gbagee accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting. All betting decisions are entirely the user's own.

Gbagee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• At the user's own request — via a self-exclusion application.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be deactivated with prior notice.

If you have a dispute with Gbagee, please contact customer support first. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours.

• Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
• If customer support is unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate it to Gbagee's complaints review department.
• Gbagee's decision shall be considered final and binding.

Gbagee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or a notice on the platform.

• For significant changes, at least 15 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
